The Immigrant Employment Council of BC (IEC-BC) is a not-for-profit organization that equips BC employers with the tools, resources, and solutions needed to attract, hire, and retain qualified immigrant talent. We believe that successfully integrating skilled newcomers into the labour force is essential to both their success and the province’s long-term economic growth. IEC-BC works with employers, government, and partners to support effective integration of global talent.
About this project: The Employer Feedback Forums are part of the Strengthening Employer Feedback Channel, an initiative by the National Network of Immigrant Employment Councils that centers employers’ perspectives through a structured feedback mechanism. The forums bring together employers, business leaders, and service providers across Canada to share insights, inform immigration policies, and promote best practices. Hosted nationwide, they support discussions on aligning immigration with labour market needs and improving the integration of immigrant talent, ultimately contributing to Canada’s economic success.
